Koll på tjänsteutveckling

En planner bör ha koll på tjänsteutveckling. Som process eller metod ligger tjänsteutveckling mycket nära arbetet med att bädda för konsumentupplevelser. Och det är vad hela vårt uppdrag går ut på.
